OPERA IDOL SINGING CONTEST FRIDAY 16 SEPTEMBER 7.30PM Congratulations on a wonderful night of singing from the fine young talents. Judges awarded the following prizes: 14yrs & under: 1st Hyun Young Park 2nd Tayla Alexander 3rd Alysia Han 15-18yrs: 1st Callum Blackmore 2nd Kelly Harris 3rd Jonathan Dunlop OPERA AT ZARBO was held on Thursday 6 October featuring Helen Medlyn, Emma Sloman and Cameron Barclay peforming a night of cabaret style opera at Zarbo, Newmarket’s top café and delicatessen. The night included an opera quiz and touching performances of operatic delights from our guest artists, with wonderful accompianment by pianist Reg Towers. Papageno, 20-22 July 
The kids took over the Factory these school holidays with a slick youth adaptation of Mozart’s masterful opera ‘The Magic Flute’. The carefree bird-catcher adventured through a fantastical world filled with myth, magic and mystery. The Turn of the Screw, 8-11 March
